Participates in commission inspections of the state of operation of high-voltage network equipment in the Company's subdivisions in accordance with the approved plans. -Controls compliance with design solutions, construction terms and requirements of regulatory documents, quality of construction and installation works. -Observe the rules of internal labor order of employees, rules on safety and labor protection, fire safety rules of the Company, as well as other norms and rules, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and documentation of the Company. -Increase labor productivity, his professional level and qualification for more effective performance of labor duties. -Maintains records and analyzes technological violations and equipment failures. -Submits monthly, quarterly and annual reports on accident rate (Form 16-E). -Distributes external regulatory and technical documents, information with analysis and measures to prevent accidents, failures that occurred at energy enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan to subdivisions. -Participates in the work of the commission to check the readiness of electrical networks to work in the fall-winter preparation, the period of thunderstorm season and the passage of floods. -Participates in the commission when accepting transformers for repair and investigating the reasons for the withdrawal of equipment for repair. -Controls the development of Regulations and job descriptions of service employees. -Controls the professional development of service employees and carries out work in accordance with current guidelines and rules of work with personnel in energy organizations. -Controls the constant work on increasing labor productivity, rational and efficient use of working time of each employee. -Organizes the work with the personnel, aimed at the implementation of production tasks facing the service. -Participates, if necessary, in the work of commissions to investigate accidents and equipment failures in production. -Together with the state supervision and architectural and construction control bodies, inspects the production process. -Coordinates with the Company's management and notifies the state architectural and construction control body of all cases of emergency conditions at construction sites and the scope of work to eliminate accidents. -Takes part with representatives of the general contractor, specialized (installation), design organization of intermediate acceptance of critical structures of buildings and structures, supports, capacitive structures, load-bearing metal and reinforced concrete structures, etc. -Controls the correctness of executive technical documentation (executive schemes of instrumental survey of installed structures, parts of buildings, structures and engineering communications, general and special logs of works) and making changes in it in connection with the revealed defects and deficiencies in the course of construction and installation works. -Controls the execution by construction and installation organizations of instructions and instructions of author's supervision and architectural and construction control bodies, as well as the requirements of the customer's technical supervision related to the quality of performed construction and installation works and applied structures, products, materials and equipment; controls the timely elimination of defects and deficiencies revealed during the acceptance of individual types of works, structural elements of buildings, structures and facilities in general. -Together with working commissions (acceptance commissions) inspect the quality of individual structures and units, types of construction and installation works, equipment, and mechanisms during their acceptance. -Participates in meetings, seminars, exhibitions on the range of issues within the competence of the service. -Manages the work of the service. -Fulfills the requirements of internal regulatory documents on the integrated management system. -Fulfills the Policy and objectives in the field of integrated management system
